The Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) is a professional doctorate for experienced ministry leaders seeking to deepen their theological grounding, sharpen their leadership, and multiply their impact. Blending rigorous scholarship with practical engagement, the programme equips reflective practitioners to lead with wisdom, mentor others, and offer transformative ministry to the Church today and world.
Applicants who hold an MA degree in Theology, Biblical Studies, or Religion from an accredited institution, along with demonstrable ministry experience may apply. In this case, a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4-point scale and at least 60 graduate credits is required for admission. All applicants from MA programmes must successfully complete a pre-doctorate assessment. Candidates with fewer than 60 credits will be required to take additional courses to reach the 60-credit threshold before being admitted into the D.Min. programme.
